As you head up in altitude it starts to look less desert-y.
We also learned that Megan suffers from altitude sickness.
Poor kid, she was a trooper being dragged around while suffering a headache and nausea.
Luckily we didn't stay at really high altitudes for extended periods of time.
We decided the plants looked like wigs off of troll dolls.
Where we ran into a tour group of elderly Spaniards who spread out to occupy all space on the walking trails while moving at a snail's pace and wielding professional quality long-lens cameras with no regard for anyone who might be in their turning radius.
We shot out ahead of them the first chance we could maneuver around them!

We did not stop to check out the church.
