After mom returned to the States we were still in touristing mode and decided to make our way to Valparaíso. We set up a walking tour and were off!

Drivers aren't too bad but real roads are awesome!

Valparaíso was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2003.
The funiculars all over the city (some still is disrepair after the big earthquake) are one of the draws...
One of them had a long under-ground tunnel to the entrance and then basically went straight up!

Then took us on a bus to the 'older' part of the city.
These buses date from the 1950s and were brought from the U.S.
So cool.

Very hot.
Yes, along with being hilly Valpo is windy.
