Wisła

Last week we headed South into the Beskids...almost to the Czech border to Wisła for a little holiday.

The drive took longer than expected because of the two-lane road and lots of slow traffic.

We stayed at the Hotel Gołębiewski which offers an indoor water park.

 That is the Wisła river with the hotel in the background.

We spent time at the indoor water park and out by the pool. Then it started raining. 

But we still played tourist in town:

Megan was a little worried there wouldn't be ice-cream. 

Ha ha ha ha ha.

Megan tried out the hamster balls.

Next to the hamster balls were the trampolines, and we finally got her to give it a whirl.

I think they are her new favorite.

Also nearby, an outdoor food court of sorts.

Yum, grilled meat.

Lunch for Megan and I. Jeff had ribs.

Apparently the S. American flute players have finally made it to Poland. And here I thought they only followed me to San Francisco.

Megan was very adventurous and tried out the Park Linowy.

She completed almost the entire Yellow Course except for the last zip line. She wasn't digging the zip lines.

 We saw the Tour de Pologne pass by our hotel.

 And Jeff ate perhaps the biggest bowl of mushroom soup ever.

It may look like a giant teacup but it was full of soup!

Ennis did just fine at home with Ania. But he was very happy to see us upon our return.

Now...on to Budapest!
