Tomorrow for school Megan will dress up as her favorite book character.Which, for two weeks, was going to be Nancy Drew.
Two days ago she changed her mind and said she wanted to go as Kate from The Mysterious Benedict Society.
Kate has blond hair and blue eyes, wears jeans and carries a bucket filled with all sorts of useful items (read the book, you'll understand).
Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find a child's bucket in Poland in October? It is "not the right season" for buckets or so I was told...after going to four stores.
Finally found this one at the tiny toy stall at the open air market near our house. I figured they wouldn't change their stock to be appropriately seasonal.
I love being right.
