We're heading into 'winter' here...people are complaining about the cold.
It is not cold. We're talking fleece weather...not winter coats and snow boots weather.
Megan and I just laugh and laugh and laugh.
It is all perspective.
But the sun isn't shining as much...

The precipitation washes away the pollution cloud and the views of the Andes are gorgeous.
Then yesterday it started doing this...
Which turned into snow. SNOW!?!?!?!?
It rarely snows here and Megan says the kids at school were almost hysterical with excitement. One of her classmates said this was only the second time she'd seen snow.
