Athens: The Acropolis

After the Temple of Olympian Zeus we headed to the Acropolis.

First up was statuary from the Theater of Dionysius.

I remember studing this in one of my classical archaeology courses at UofM.

It was wild to see it in real life!

I loved this pile of capitals set off to the side of the Parthenon!
