Although almost everyone from school was gone, there were still a few kids around to celebrate the birthday. We had been poorly recently, so we didn't plan anything. It just kind of came together.
It has been hot recently, so with some creative hose connecting, we brought out the yard games.
Okay, so it isn't as diverse as Northern Virginia, but Alex, Rebecca, Cora and Megan had a good time.
And Megan had an ice cream cake, thanks to her creative mother, graham crackers and Polish ice cream. Happy Birthday!!
