We arrived in August....moved into a temporary house....then on to our permanent house.

We loved the temp house which was on a mews and had a resident Border Terrier, Basil, living directly across from us. Basil's daddies were great resources about the neighborhood and all things London-related. This is Ennis with Craig right before we left. It was sad for all of us.

Our permanent house is in a great location but small. With lots of small rooms, treacherous stairs, and no backyard due to a giant train ventilation shaft. But did I mention it is in a great location?

So we've been slowly getting settled in between nasty head colds and viruses. I've been told the first winter in the UK will be plagued with illness...oh joy.
