I' ve been having trouble with getting good gluten free meat...apparently the stuff from the big shops has additives and washes which I was reacting to.
Heard throught a friend of a friend about a woman near Megan's school who raises turkeys and ducks and you can order by walking up to her door and telling her what you want and when you want to pick it up.
Picked up my first order yesterday.
Turkey for dinner!
Not at all like the steroidal turkeys in the U.S.but tasty nonetheless.
